多年来, 积累的实践经验和实用技术处于国内领先水平。目前拥有10余套国外先进的腐蚀评价装置、天东5-1高酸性气田在线动态腐蚀试验装置和峰15井缓蚀剂应用技术试验基地。

The company has occupied the leading position in accumulated practical experience and operative technologies in China for many years. At present, it owns over 10 advanced foreign corrosion assessment equipments, Tiandong 5-1 gas field on-line dynamic corrosion testing apparatus and Feng 15 well experimental base for the application of corrosion inhibitor.

Aiming at special acid corrosive environments, the company has developed and owned more than 10 corrosion inhibitors that can be used in different environments; it owns relatively complete supporting corrosion inhibitor application technology.

具有室内和现场条件下模拟材料电化学腐蚀与H2S应力腐蚀的评价技术。

It owns assessment techniques for the electrochemical corrosion of mimetic materials and H2S stress corrosion under the room or field conditions.

具备现场快速腐蚀评价与检测、监测的能力。

It boasts the capacity of on-the-spot rapid corrosion assessment, inspection and monitoring.

具备开展区块腐蚀防护方案研究和设计的能力。

It owns the capacity to carry out the research and design of block corrosion prevention scheme.

防腐实验室：

Antiseptic Laboratory:

可以模拟最高压力70MPa、最高温度250℃、硫化氢浓度最高15%，二氧化碳浓度最高15%的复杂条件。

It can stimulate the complex condition with the highest pressure 70 MPa, the highest temperature 250℃, 15% highest concentration of hydrogen sulfide and 15% highest concentration of CO2.

1〕 天东5-1高含硫在线腐蚀监测试验装置

1) In-situ corrosion monitoring testing apparatus for Tiandong 5-1 gas field with high acidity

该装置由一套PN35 MPa/PN16 MPa试验装置、一套PN16MPa/PN10MPa试验装置及辅助系统组成。

The apparatus is composed of a set of PN35 MPa/PN16 MPa testing apparatus, a set of PN16MPa/PN10MPa testing apparatus and supporting system.

可模拟井下和地面集输系统的内部腐蚀环境条件进行材料评价试验。同时还具备进行水合物动力学抑制剂现场评价试验和进行缓蚀剂评价试验的功能。

It can stimulate the underground corrosive environment and the internal corrosive environment of surface gathering system to carry out the material assessment test. Moreover, it can carry out the field assessment test of hydrate kinetics inhibitor and the corrosion inhibitor assessment test.

2〕 峰15井缓蚀剂评价和加注工艺试验装置

2) Feng 15 well corrosion inhibitor assessment and filling-up technology testing apparatus

该装置能够对不同缓蚀剂加注工艺、不同类型的缓蚀剂应用效果和缓蚀剂的配伍性能进行现场试验，完善缓蚀剂应用工艺技术。

It carries out the field tests for the filling-up technologies of different corrosion inhibitors, the application effect of corrosion inhibitors with different types, and the compatibility, perfecting the application technology of corrosion inhibitors.
